I applied for a loan that was posted in the flyer saying that they give loans for people with bad credit. I called and spoke to a Representative and some one called me back within 1 to 3 days. When I received my first phone call May 4, 2005, a woman named Terry Williams, a (suppose to be)loan officer told me that I qualified for their loan for $5,000.00. She told me I could do 3 things. I can put a piece of property up, use my car, or pay a down payment of $800.00 for Insurance.

I didn't own a property nor is my car worth $5,000.00 so I gave them $800.00 for the Partial Payment for Insurance. The insurance company they use is McPherson Assurance. I signed the lease agreement which has a break down of the details of the loan. When I didn't get my money on time, I called Terry Williams back and she said because my credit was too risky, I needed send an additional $600.00.

The point is I did everything that I was told and still didn't recieve my money. They switched me to Laura Casey who claimed she was the supervisor in Customer Service Dept., then I was switched to Calvin Andrews who promised me my money was going to be direct deposited in my account. Ever since this happened, these people refuse to answer their phones.

I believe these are a group of people who are working from out of Canada, New York, and Colorado. The address is not even a legitimate business, it's a mail box that is set up so people can call toll free. Sometimes they answer the phone, but most of the time they don't.

These people are scamming people out of their money and I am willing to take this national, put it on the news, newspapers, or whatever it takes to bring these people down because they are fraudulently taking innocent peoples money.

AUTHOR: Nichole - (U.S.A.)

Hey I was ripped off by this company too. I was just wondering did you call PHONE BUSTERS. It is a company in canada who tries to catch people like Leeswood. I called gave them all the info. on the company and had to fax all my paperwork that the company mailed me. Like the contract and things. If you would like the number it is 1-888-495-8501. Maybe if we all work together we can stop people like this.
