On 10/16/2012 I ordered the Total Transformation online.  On the home page the company clearly states "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed".   The company also offers a prgram buying option that allows you to purchase the program with no cost for 30 days (specifically stating "Try the program now for 30 days Free".  It does not anywhere on the site during your purchase indicate that the 30 days is a limitation on your right to receive a refund.  Instead as you proceed to complete your purchase, the first page of your ordering process states "...guaranteed to work for you or your money back."  Again no mention of the 30 day limitation they place on refunds!  The only thing you are told is if you keep the product after 30 days you will be charged a certain amount for 3 months to provide for the cost of the program.  It is put forth to the consumer as though the 30 day free program offer is a way to try the program without any upfront costs...never is it stated as you purchase the Total Transformation program (no other program) that you are limited to only 30 days to refund the product.  In fact if you do not complete the order process you are sent an email that again states "...guaranteed to work for you or your money back."  All of these states from the company are clear....there is a money back guaranteed if the product does not work.

The program consists of 7 lessons that the program itself should be completed at the pace of 1 lesson a week for a total of atleast 7 weeks for the program.  With that stated, it would seem logical that one would be provided more than 30 days to refund a program that is by the program itself told to take at least 7 weeks.

My wife contacted  Legacy on 12/11/2012 to refund The Total Transformation Program.  With respect to that specific program, the representative, Chinika agent #3171, stated the program is not eligible for refund as it had passed 30 days.  She proceeded to explain the refund policy of the company for this purchase.  This was the first time it had been explained in this way that the 30 days was the only period to refund the product.  We explained our understanding and the basis of that understanding from the company's own statements and we were still denied the refund.

This is absolutely false representations...the program is not GUARANTEED and there is no MONEY BACK if the program does not work for you.
