Legion Global Motorsports Dishonest Company/Will not rectify their mistakes New Lenox Illinois

We, like so many others here ordered a 4 wheeler for our Grandson for Christmas. Ours was delivered in time for Christmas.However, it came with a charger.

Upon talking with the sales staff at Legion Global, they informed us that their 4 wheelers did not come with chargers, then the story changed to "SOME" come with chargers. BUT, they do not replace defective chargers....but if they can find one laying around they will send it to us.

Glory be...why would they have one laying around??? Why on earth would we purchase a 4 wheeler that required a charger without one??

We have heard nothing else from them. They care about 1 thing only...their MONEY. They don't have a reputation so they don't have to worry about that. I only hope that the phrase "what comes around, goes around".

I hope they purchase something for their children and have to deal with the disappointment and answer questions about why it won't work when we just bought it. That would be just punishment. They don't care or worry about the better business bureau, all they have to do it create a new website and move on.
