Len Robbins of Classic Barns & Garages did not pay for structural engineering services that he contracted for with us.

We provided structural engineering for a new, detached two car garage with second floor loft space on a steep site in Brookfield, CT.  We provided our engineering services in a professional and timely manner, including signed & sealed construction drawings.  We also quickly responded when Len came to the office during the excavation to request that I meet him at the site because of the difficulties he was having.

Len "promised" on several occasions to drop off a check.  He even had his wife contact us to offer excuses and promises of payment.  He no longer is reachable by phone or email.
