Do yourselves a favor and do NOT order contacts from  I ordered from them over a month ago, paid an extra $40 for Express Shipping so that I would receive them within 3-5 business days as they claim, and still have not received them.

The first time I  contacted them through email, a person named ALEX replied, telling me that the contacts I ordered were out of stock....which I think is fishy because their website said nothing about those 2 pair being out of stock...that's why I ordered them lol.  I waited patiently for a few weeks. I have now sent them more than one email and have never heard back from them...not one reply.  Hmmm...seems like ALEX has pulled a disappearing act...imagine that. 

It's one thing if it's taking a ridiculous amount of time for my contacts to arrive...but it's another if the company completely ignores my emails and doesn't feel the need to give me information on my order, which cost about $120.  It's just BAD BUSINESS, and I won't allow them to rip me off this way.

Ready for the best part?  United States Postal Service sent me an email today saying they are unable to locate any information on my shipping order through the tracking number I was given when I ordered the contacts.  So let me get this straight...I paid $40 for Express Shipping to, was given a tracking number so that I could track it, and was supposed to receive it within 3-5 days.........and a MONTH later I still have no package and am being told by the postal system that my package doesn't exist???   And have also received no communication from 

Whoever reads this...PLEASE do NOT ever order from!  Do not give them any of your $$$'ll only be sorry that you did.

rocky experience up to now

I bought  my adore bi- tones in yellow  from lens market place on Saturday 7/13/2013 so that they would have enough time to come in before my first day of senior yea . they did exactly 14 bussiness days after.they arrived here in florida, usa .however i had a problem from the very begin but it was on my part i had put the wrong formula and had asked them to change it on sunday before they shipped my contacts.

My email was answered by Alex who said that was fine and even sent me a new invoice that stated the new formula along with all my info . however when my comntacts arrived they were still the wrong formula i opened the beautiful gold boxs hopping the contacts inside were the right formula but they werent either.  immediately emailed alex and again in less than 24hr he/she answered that since i opened the box i wouldnt be able to return them but that there wasnt much diffrence between -4.50 and -5.00 (and anybody who has a formula near that one will now that even a -0.25 diffrence is alot !) but whatever if i was going to able to return them might aswell use them right .... well i did and one of the contacts had some sort of problem becuase i scrachted my eye , i AGAIN emailed alex and he/she told me that a bad batch of contacts happenes every now and then for me to send my contacts back  to an adresses in CYPESS !!! that he would send me new ones .

now im a highschool student that doesnt work so i had to wait 2 weeks before being able to even go to the post office.when i get there they tell me if i want to send it with a tracking i had to pay 40 DOLLARS ! i had just paid my college entrace exams so i just send it normal w/o tracking and surprice surprice it got lost after waiting a month for it get there i emailed alex and told him/her that i had sent them and if they had gottenthem and he/she told me no but i sent her my recipt in which it said what i sent ,to when and when and he accepted it and on the 26 of november emailed me that he shipped them out already and even gave me a tracking number . i tryed the tracking number and it doesnt work so ive emailed him again im hopeing that my contacts will get herein these two week . ill update this once i get an answer .

So after reading all these reviews on this website I was so worried about ordering contacts as I really needed them urgently but I was also scarred that not only would they not come in on time but that I would actually NEVER receive them .
As I was hesitant because I do require prescription lenses, I emailed the website asking if the prescription that I required in the 2 specific lenses were in stock. I received an email the next day from Alex saying that both lenses were in stock in my prescription. Once I replied notifying him that I required them urgently and whether express would come in withint 2 weeks, he assured me that they would definitely arrive in time.
Again though i was still hesitant wondering if he was only saying all this to get my money then they wouldn't respond.
BUT boy was I wrong. Once i had made payment, I sent Alex a reply stating that my payment had been made and he responded immediately giving me an order number. Even though your account updates and an automatic email updates you once your order is shipped, Alex himself sent me an email 2 days later notifying me that my order was shipped and provided me with my tracking number. So my order was placed on the 11th of November late at night. I received the email on the 14th with my tracking number and I received my order in Sydney,Australia this morning (21st of November). So that took 4-5 days as promised to arrive.
I am extremely happy and amazed with the level of professionality and service provided to my by Alex. I dont know if i was a lucky customer but NOTHING previously said happened to me. And to people claiming all the good reviews are written by the company undercover I can guarantee I do NOT work for them and will happy  provide emails and invoices to those that are hesitant about ordering from this website. I recommend this site to anyone and everyone !!!

I am also a victim for them I pay exta 40$ and they never ship my item and they gave me a wrong Tracking number. I want all my money back what should I do now ? anyone can help me please ?

Hmmm, I wonder if  that's what's happening with my order. I ordered a pair last Friday or Saturday and I still have not received them, a little more than a week later. I check my tracking information every day and it keeps saying the SAME thing, which is "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." What does that mean? I'm super worried now.

I'll also add that I'm a returning customer. This is my second order from them. My first order was placed 2 years ago and I don't remember having Troy problems with them. From what I remember, my order arrived quickly (like within a week). And when I finally received my contacts and tried them, they were quite uncomfortable, so I contacted them to see if I could exchange them and, not only did they allow me to do so, but they told me I can get any pair for the same price, so I ordered one of the most expensive lenses there. lol So, that was really nice of them. I was impressed.

I sure hope they don't ruin my good experience. :( I hope I get my lenses soon because my old lenses are getting worse by the day and it's really hard to see

new customer good experience with lens marketplace


to whom concern, im a new customer of lens marktplace. i never worked for them nor know anyone who work or worked for them. im not friends with anyone who work for lens marketplace. now to my report. im a new customer whom live in illinios, and have had a good experiance.i also contact alex and they did get back with me within 24hrs as promised. and yes it does say sent out in 10-12 days but keep in mind there is thousands of orders to fill specially prescriptions so it takes time i ordered my prescription colored contacts by general mail  may29 2013 and received them july2 2013. i must admit it was worth the wait because my prescription solitica colored contacts are amazingly comfortable feel & look like i have no contact lens in my eyes. may i add they are absolutely beautiful! im sorry for anyone whom has had bad experiance n hope ur problem is resolved positively soon. i will be purchasing from lens marketplace permanantly. thx you ms diamond

This is my first time to order contact lens from lens marketplace and I have to mention that they have a great customer service.  Alex has responded promptly and quickly to all my emails.  I received my color contact, zero power within 16 days. I live in California. Things I did not like is the shipping information which was not updated till I received my order.  This company is not a scam.

Well I'm not Alex nor am I any of his/her friends.  I'm a customer that has (so far to date) had a positive experience through Lensmarketplace.  I'm sure they fill thousands of orders, and there are bound to be 'mistakes' or shipping errors in order placing.  Maybe if you write in and try to work out a solution, you can be helped?  I know some special orders (especially with prescription OR highly sought after 'out of stock' lenses) do take time, especially if they aren't IN stock.  So far, I'm a satisfied customer.  And I'm sure this website can track various Ip addresses around the world.. doubtful they're all coming from the company source or area. 

Sorry to hear about your order, but why not try and resolve the issue?  And there can be a delay in receiving your lenses; especially if they're being shipped internationally.

I was totally ripped off by this people. I ordered my lenses and, after 20 days, I wrote asking for my lenses. "Alex" wrote me saying they were out of stock, so I waited another 10 days. This time, he told me my lenses had been delivered just the day before (oooh, what a chance!).

It's been 2 months now and my lenses just don't exist. I am pretty sure that the good reviews here to this "company" are also written by Alex or Alex's friends. It is obvious this company is just a rip off. If there's anyone interested in pressing charges against this people and investigating them further, please let me know.

My personal experience..

Ordered my Solotica Hidrocor lenses (marine) through lensmarketplace dot com and sent USPS, basically snail mail and received them 2 weeks later.. they send them 'Registered Mail' which means I had to sign and that's great. They were definitely worth the wait and dealing with Alex was a pleasure. Extremely helpful and friendly individual. 

If you're going to order Internationally, I suggest giving these guys a try. They came in all original packaging, everything included. All you need to invest in now is some contact lens solution for cleaning. 

These lenses are beautiful if you want a happy medium between blue and green or somewhere between lighter and darker (deeper).. they're bright but still deep and colorful. This used to be the natural color of my eyes, so I know it's very close to REAL and they blend in nicely with my color now which has developed flecks of yellow and I can see hints of yellow through the lenses, very pretty!

p.s.  Because my experience was so positive, and Alex professional and courteous, I thought I'd share.  This report doesn't make sense as far as my experience went.  I've heard of companies filing false reviews to harm the competition and maybe that's exactly what's going on here.  Just a thought.  I'm ordering more lenses from them.

I've had a good experience..

I actually have been buying contacts from them for over 2 years now and I've always gotten my order. Yes it does take longer (sometimes almost 3 weeks) but if you are ordering lenses that are coming from Italy or brazil, what do you expect?

I went out of my way to write lens marketplace a good review because I recently had a very good experience with their customer service.

One of the lenses that I usually buy had arrived damaged, and I did not know until I took it out of the package and solution. I contacted lens marketplace and Alex responded to me immediately and told me they would send me a brand new pair of lenses right away, free of charge.

Alex contacted me again when he sent out my lenses to let me know he sent them, and I received my new pair exactly 10 days later in excellent condition.

I must say that lens marketplace has great customer service, quick communication, and an awesome replacement policy if something is wrong with your lenses. Most companies will not even allow you to exchange for a new pair if you have opened the package already, so I thought that was very legit of them.

I am not sure what happened or why you never received your lenses, but I am sure lens marketplace is more then willing to go out if their way to make sure you do get them.

I have used Lens Marketplace for a few years now and have never had any problem at all. I live in Canada, and realize the lenses are shipping from Brazil...this takes time, express or not. It clearly states on their web site that there is also a waiting pending period to process the order to begin with. They are by far the best place to order contacts online and they have some of the best contacts available. I as well have made inquisitions to their customer service and have always received prompt and courteous response. It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience, and may not be aware of the process but they are a LEGIT company...certainly not worthy of being reported as a rip off.

I Love Lens marketplace!

I read the last review and I can honestly say that Lens Marketplace was efficient, answered all my emails within 24 hours and I received my contact lens within 7 working days. These contacts are not from the USA. They come from Brazil or Greece, out of the country.. Shipment takes time because they have to order the contacts, so that we, the customers, can have FRESH contacts! I ordered my contacts with express delivery understanding that the contacts are coming from Brazil. Anyone that expects that they'll recieve their contacts in a couple of days does not understand the shipping process. The lens have to go through customs when entering the USA.. That takes time. Once the lens are in the USA you'll receive them quick and be able to track your package. I am so pleased with Lens marketplace! It's unfortunate one person had a negative expierence and posted bad feedback not taking into consideration where the contacts are coming from. The Solitica and Adore lens are the best! Better than any colored lens you will find in the USA.. It is so worth the short wait :)

I ordered my second pair on May 28, 2012 and i was concerned about the fact that they were'nt even shipped yet. So i emailed them and Alex responded telling me the same thing they told you, that they were out of stock and the shipment from the manufacturer took longer than expected.
Did they ever get back to you or did ur contacts at least arrive? What was the end result?
If you could please let me know I'd really appreciate it.
