Les Schwab rip-off! Charge disabled woman $100's for UN-BROKEN PARTS! Oroville California

I went to les schab to get an alignment on my truck sittin in the waiting room when Steve the mechanic says mamm you need your tie-rod is broken just need a signature here $180.for align/tie rod.I told him that I bought an extended warntee with the truck he proceed to tell me that he had a truck like mine and his warntee didn't cover tie-rods.

I almost forked out the money but my truck only had 30,000 miles on it and decided to take it back to the dealer. The dealership tells me my tie rod isn't broken and that SCHAWB tried to rip-off me. probbly because I was a girl &didn't know much about that kind of stuff well I'm $180 richer also the warntee did cover tie-rods
