 All of what you wrote is lie .if you said you load me and i didnt pay and i want you to send me the bill of laiding . show it ...but you cant because your company is cheater . i have all our writen avidances that show you are liers. No machines you work by hands(nice pictures you found in the internet it is very easy to find in google . I found out that you cheat few people in this site and decided to redraw any contact with you . You tried to convince me but i didnt want any contact with you . There are some other honest supplier .aviod contact this one .

As we know you visited our company and were serviced by our employe Ivan and you put an order we shipped and you did not pay, at the end after thousand lies, you required to send you the bill of lading before you pay us anything.

We are completely astonished and deeply concerned by this complaint.
We opened a compliant against you ,because you cheated us. In result of our compliant and many other complaints against you, your accounts were terminated from many B2B sites . Below everyone can find the correspondence , and the decision of the security departments of B2B sites that terminated your account for
Fraudulent Activities and the writings from Mr Amir Goldstein written by his hand with specifications of the order he gave us.

It is seen from his photos that we had ready bags in stock for 3 containers we shipped to Malta, and we have a good recommendation from the buyer from Malta, that is attached. Also we have much wood behind ready cut and split to the specifications of another customer in Saudi Arabia. We know that when you visited us , you stated in hotel Marina palace in Sunny Beach ( the biggest resort in Bulgaria for young people) - 45 kms from Burgas and 60 kms from the storage place. Our employe Ivan came with his car and toke you from the hotel to and back from the storage . Everything with big friendship. In the storage you spoke about the requirements of your order - oak wood - 25 cm cut in green bags 10 kgs - 24 litres on pallet boxes. You gave to our main worker Toni the specifications and told him to start making your order immediately . Our emplye Ivan gave you a lift with his car to buy axes for you, to some shops you wanted to visit etc etc. You had no Bulgarian Levs ( Currency) and he paid for you some little things but we do not want anything back. We told you that had wood cut and split to specification of a custmer in Saudi Arabia and the wood was small split but cut 50 cm lond logs as required . You were informed that this wood is already deposited and we will load them first. We had ordered in front of 8 x 40 feer High Cube containers for Saudi Arabia and 3 containers with bags for Malta . We could not load ithe existing wood in our storage for him. We had not such an appointment to load the day he visit us. first we had no requirement for the order , second we had no deposit from him or a letter of credit to us. You were informed we will unload that day 4 trucks in the storage with the same oak wood we have seen with 60 cubic meters each and after we kiln dry them up to 10-15% we should stack them in green bags and on pallet boxes .you saw we did not have in stock green bags then and we bought for you as required and after that we can load for him the ordered one single container for Haifa,Israel.

We informed you that in Bulgaria Saurdays and Sundays are hollydays - weekend and it is not as in Israel where Fryday is free but saturday is working. We did not have many workers in the storage , because first many of them were in the forest working on supplying with dry hardwood logs from the forest , second in Saturdays in Bulgaria is very hard to find any workers but depited that we had at least 10 workers when you visited the storage and the machines for cutting and splitting the wood were working. Stacking the wood in mesh/rashel/poliproilene bags 10-25kgs is by hand, because the logs should be stacked thick and well. That a machine cannot do. The logs are stacked also by hand on the pallet boxes. We use the forklift machines when we load containers. The same pallet boxes are made also by had by wood masters with tools , pistols etc. We cannot load in Saturdays because the customs is not working and we cannot export in the weekend when you visted us. The kiln dryer was working when you come. I do not understand why so many lies. Photos of all is attached.

We informed you that in the summer ( it happens in 11th August the hottest) we use first the open air place to dry the wood because we have temperatures in Bulgaria over 40 degrees by Celsium. Also the wood that is first dried in air on low temeprature and after that dried in kiln is much more caloric and much better that the wood just kin dried . We showed him the kiln ! You can see it also in the photo. In the whole year we are in the closed factory shown below. We have another kiln dryer there also and we dry the wood first in sun in the summer or we use only wood cut and logged at least 12-15 month from the forest and dried in air, after that we use our kiln dryer to dry the wood up to 10-15% moisture.

We had the appintment to transfer immediately the deposit after his visit.
He said he will pay 100% in front. We requested on 50% , but he insisted.
Then we waited for you to send us the bank confirmatio. You handed for the deal and then you cheated us. After that we spoke through the phone and you said that the payment is made. We trusted you and made his order that was ready for 2 days. We load then and we talked again by phone and you promised to check why the receipt of the payment is delaying . Then he tried to explain that the oayment went back to their account but they cannot pay them again because there is a limit. Lie after lie. At the end you said you want to trust you and send you the bill of lading and after that you would pay.
We are happy we did not trust you. Reading what you wrote is a lie totally , we are absolute sure you would scam us if we trusted you to send you the bill of lading .
We are happy you did not scam us with a container with firewood on costs of 4200 EUR.
After some weeks we were trying to contact him to clarefy why the payment is still not received,
We opened a compiant against Amir Goldstein in severan B2B sites he was registered as a SUPPLIER OF OLD CLOTHES

WE WON ALL THE CASES AND EACH B2B SITE AGAINST HIM AS SEEN FROM THE ATTACHEMENTS.

When we opened the compliant we found the following answer from the judge from the B2B sites:

"After a thorough investigation, we found that this supplier has received substantiated complaints from other ... members. As soon as we have gotten the report of this fraudulent behavior, we have terminated their membership and ended the contract with this company. We can no longer contact them at this point."
