Payment: Credit Card $374.95
Purchase: 6/30/06

To whom it may concern:
Thanks for handling this situation for me. On JUne 30, 2006 I placed my order w/Letstalk, before I ordered with them I did call and make sure if the activation date would be the same as the order date. Their customer service said that my order would be activate the same date I ordered.

After submitting my rebate to Tmobile for about two months, I got a reply from Tmobile that I was not quailfy for the rebate because the activation date is different from the purchase date because the rebate form was for people who purchase and activate their phones between June1-JUne30. However, Letstalk activate my phone on July 1.

Earlier, I called letstalk and told them what happened, and that I suggest them to take of the advertisement on their website a day before the rebate form expire. Because I'm sure that beside me, a lot of other people purchased their phone on 6/30 through letstalk.com won't able to received their rebate back because of the different activation date.

For example, one of the recent T-mobile rebate that's been advertised on letstalk about getting free phones after rebate. The expired date for it is Sept 30, which meant we have to purchase our phone and have it activated either on SEpt 30 or earlier to able to receive our rebate. HOwever, Letstalk didn't mention that, even when I called to make sure, they kept insisting that phone are activated the same day as the order date.

What I'm trying to say is, for all the people that bought their phones on Sept 30, or last promotion (June 30) like me, won't able to get their rebate back because of their false advertisment. For example, if the rebate form is expired on Sept 30, they should take that advertisement "Free phone after rebate" OFF on their website sept 30..because there's no way customers are getting back their rebate if they order it on Sept 30. The activation date would be different and that would lead to disqualify rebate when it got send to Tmobile.

I called Letstalk, discussed with them, they know it's their fault, and said a supervisor will get back to me. Yet, I waited, they never call me back. Probably it's because English is not my first language, and I don't sound strong enough. So I hope you'll have a greater influence than me.

All I want is to get back the right rebate amount that I'm suppose to get. I'm very frustating because when I bought the phones at Letstalk, the confirmation order and steps, all says that I'm eligible for the rebate. If not, I wouldn't have placed my order.

This is a misleading, fraud advertisement. I talked to T-mobile and letstalk both, Tmobile suggested that I talk to Letstalk because they're the one who gave me the false advertisment, however, letstalk seem to ignore me probably because of my English. So, please, help me.

I just want to receive the rebate amount that I'm suppose to receive base on their advertisement on their main page when I purchase the phone! I submitted everything I was supoose to, it's Letstalk fault to mislead me on their site and told me that activation date are the same date as purchased date when I called.
