Lewis Avenue Auto Sales Inc disrespectful, hanging up phone in my face, using foul nasty degrading language about my color ethnicity. I only owed $125.00 more to get my sons car paid off, they just towed it away after paying it off for over a year Beach Park,Illinois

They are ripping me off they waited until last payment was to be paid they call me Kevin call my house and I told him I would have the last payment week of December 11 2017, remind you Kevin call me on December 5,2017 and told me that’s would be fine ,but next day they repossessed my son car and when I went there Toni use no customer service he was very nasty and even person that took me there ask him why is he being so disrespectful.my son is in Elgin getting treatment. I

am his power of attorney,and responsible for his car until he finishes his treatment.Toni and Russ both have received money for his car payment and Then I askhhim why you tell me it was okay until Eearly next week and com and rep our the car and said now I got to pay a report fee of $500.00 and the 125 dollars in full before they give me back my son car l am afraid to go there because they are very very nasty to me. my son name is Lavonte Murel he is disablity.Lavonte is currently in Elgin ,IL mental health treatment, when writting he only know how to print when writng and has second grade level when it comes to him reading and signind document, some one has to explain it to him what document means.

Lewis auto has did this once the repo fee of 500 dollars when I thought I had finish paying for car in July 300 dollars Russ said I owed 500 dollars for him senting out a repo man who had not repo the car and this is what I am paying for the repo fee that Russ tax me and didnot give me the title said I had to pay for the repo man coming out, remind you this is the only time the car was physically repo on December 6,2017. I went to lewis shop and Tony was disrespectful and very unprofessional.
