So I search my old friend Lex in Missoula and run across these reports. I can attest that i was his neighbor and he and his mother absolutely said they would pay for paving and then refused. And Lex boy said he was moving and lived there 10+ more years. I went over to his house after i found out and he wouldn't come to the door. He is a coward as well as liar. I am in RE in Missoula and i know another guy he screwed on a RE deal. A buddy of his found a land deal and he and Lex were to go in on it. Herndon runs to his dad and gets money and end runs the guy. He had no freinds on the police department, or anywhere for that matter.

Herndon inherited everything he owns. I knew his dad who was a great guy and built the double front business. Lex is to dumb to build anything on his own. He couldn't even run a pawn shop.
