Let this be known: I am one who, at a low point, losted to a few of the cheater / liar registries. I regret my decisions and have been trying to do the right thing. ALL the other websites I had contacted were very polite, professional, and helpful - Except for one... LiarsCheatersRUs.Com.

There are MANY victims of this person/organization, and some may be more computer illiterate.. This is meant to help people that have waited patiently for the admin to do their job and fulfill their promises to respond to emails. This is also to help people that are bullied, abused, and threatened by this criminally minded person. FORWARD THIS TO AS MANY CORNERS OF THE WEB AS YOU CAN! I give FULL permission to use this information in any legal and respectable manner as needed for people to get in contact with JUST the website: Liarscheatersrus.com. This is NOT an instructional booklet for abusing and harassing other sites, and if you use it to do so it is on your head. You are to hold yourself responsable for your own action and act accordingly.

I wrote polite and respectable letters and made sure not to over do it so as not to be a pest. I understand it says it may take up to a month for them to reply. It has been MORE than 4 months now. I found a way to contact this guy through his housing server/domain provider. They sent a letter to them and they sent a letter to the admin. I got a very threatening letter back. Lets just say that it ended with him hacking my computer and crashing my email server, It would NOT shock me if he was still monitoring my computer to make sure I obey his commands. This is more then professional, it is personal now.

I KNOW for a fact that the people that had got hold of this person were also threatened and verbally abused, but the numbers are very few and far between that have been able to contact the criminal.

Let it be also known that I am going to provide ways for you to REPORT this person's behaviors, threats, and crooked dealings. SO UNDERSTAND that there ARE other people involved that ARE innocent of the hacker's crimes and probably do NOT know what the person is really doing. So keep it in mind when you write.

FIRST OFF: Contact the FTC and file a report on what you have done to try and contact this person, and what any result was. Use times, dates, and all the details you can muster.

SECOND: There is a cyber division of the FBI that investigates internet crimes. The link is:http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx. IF the link doesnt work go to FBI.gov, click the drop down for "Scams and safety" (top right hand corner of the page), and go to report an internet crime.

THIRD: Do constant internet searches to get the websites current IP address and DOMAIN HOST. Each domain supporter has an email and an abuse department. To do this try the following:

Google: liarscheatersrus.com IP tracing, OR go right to http://www.whois.sc/. OR http://www.ip-adress.com/whois/liarscheatersrus.com

The EMAIL is NOT the email of liarscheatersrus.com - THIS is the domain that HOSTS the website. Contact the web host stating you want to file a grievance about the admin, or ask them to pass along that the owner has failed to respond in a reasonable amount of time and you would like to et in contact with them, or whatever the primary issue is.

THIS takes a bit more work as he is using a GHOST IP - He may be in Ohio or something, but hsi IP is reading Germany. The secret is in the "GHOSTnet GmbH" - This is a omain server as well. Google "GHOSTnet GmbH" and you can come up with another website to contact to report abuse by the hacker.

REMINDER: The DOMAIN server personell are JUST DOING THEIR JOBS!!!!!! They are NOT the admin for liarscheatersrus.com - They are just hosting the website like they do to any other. And like most legitimate companies they have policies and protocols to protect themselves, their clients, and so on. Thing is MOST these people are really decent human beings that are willing to help if they can so please do not abuse them.

The website may be dropped from the server and taken down, but it may not be the last of them. They have OTHER servers/domains that they can fall back on. If you need to go to each domain server in the way I showed in order to contact them for their abuse departments and file grievances/complaints.

This is a lot more effective then paying hundreds to thousands of dollars to some third party company whom you can not seem to find any record of, or any case numbers for in spite of claims for legal litigation.
