Okay, so let's just get a little real. I'm reading through all of these reviews (on the web) and it's a little odd to me that people are either elated that Liberty Healthshare has saved their lives, or they feel cursed. I have been a member for about 18 months. I have spent a total of about 12 hours on the phone with them. I have heard about every excuse from every person who works in customer service regarding the processing of a claim. They have been given some word tracks, which is obvious, because they all state the same thing. "Ma'am, your bills have been submitted and you have to wait for it to be shared." In the interim, you have collection agents attempting to destroy your credit. You can pay the bills, but you won't get reimbursed for year, if at all. If you do get reimbursed, they will send you a check for what they felt the service was worth. What is that? That would be called the rate Medicaid would have paid. That's right. Doesn't matter what it cost you, you are reimbursed at Liberty Healthshare's own decided rate. NONE of this is told to you when you join. Their sales pitch is insanely awesome. I have been in sales before and they have this down. Once you join, you send in a little bill here and there. They get paid, you are applauding your good decision. Then the big one hits. The hospital bill, the emergency, the expensive bill. Now, the true form starts to take place. They stall, they give excuses for not paying. Liberty Healthshare wants your full medical record with all the notes from doctors! Doctors don't do this. They don't have time for this. And, now you have a doctor who is not getting paid, and they will no longer accept your "insurance". You have doctors and hospitals not only sending you to collections, but they won't treat you without getting paid upfront. You will never get reimbursed what you've paid. So, all of these bills sit, either approved or not, in limbo status. The reps will constantly tell you that, "just because it says final, that doesn't mean anything." "It's been approved and it's waiting to be paid." "Not sure when, we don't work on a time line." "If you don't want to go to collections, then pay it and submit for reimbursement." "It only takes about 30-45 days." WHAT? I have bills which have been approved sitting now since JANUARY!!! 
I've made a mistake or two in my life. Liberty Healthshare has to be the supreme mistake of a lifetime. They have me $40,000 in medical debt. Cancel, you say? Go ahead. And then your chance of ever having these paid is totally eliminated. That's the reason probably for keeping your bills in limbo status. They only pay what they have to. 
People on here placing their 5 stars are either paid to do so, are employees of this scam or they have never submitted a bill to Liberty Healthshare that was substantial at all. This is like a casino; luck of the draw for the most part. Too many people have come forward, terrified at doing so, to testify to the true nature of this organization. I am contacting legal counsel and they are extremely interested in this organization. Apparently, I'm not the first person who has had their lives turned upside down with medical debt thanks to this "Christian" program. Speaking of Christian values and morals, after I complained, and reviewed them, they sent me 67 spam emails...just for kicks I suppose. At least they noticed that I exist. Remember this when you decide to engage in business with this or any other organization which operates in the same manner of business, they are held accountable by NO ONE. NO LAW, NO GOVERNMENT AGENCY, NO CONTRACT, NO GOD. They have language which states that the money you submit to them is a gift and a donation and there is zero expectation of anything in return. You have no recourse. I am seeking legal counsel because I'm a stubborn rock head. Most people won't fight the fight like I do. Liberty Healthshare needs to be stopped from collecting money from innocent people who trust that a Christian organization will keep their promises. Christianity is an amazing veil which can be used by anyone. 

Someone behind the scene at Liberty Healthshare is getting filthy rich. Amen.

 You're exactly correct. That's the script that customer services uses per management, I'm sure. "I do apologize for the delay, however, there is no timeline on funding. They have ran uninterrupted since 1995." That's impossible, and being manipulative. Liberty has only been around since 2014.

You're basically correct in all your statements, except it's Medicare allowable. And they state that, because they want providers to think they have to follow Medicare guidelines as well. I'm super interested in speaking with you!! Shed some light on this disgusting company.

It's really atrocious when you learn everything. Lawyer up, girl. A lot of people are. "HEALTH CARE BY AMERICANS, FOR AMERICANS." Yeah right. Oh. And also. They do report to the Attorney General.They are a non profit that's making HELLA profit.

To date I have spent hours on the phone with your organization. Bills are not paid, time goes on and the collection agencies continue. You need no account information to tell the world why you fail to pay bills which are approved and sitting for months. Or, why you don't give customers an definitive answer about that timeline. You can explain why your organization requests ridiculous and difficult record information from providers. You can tell us why you only reimburse members a fraction of what they have paid for services which are covered. Why do you pay what Medicaid pays? You are not even insurance, remembe? It's very convenient for you to want to get someone on a phone call and attempt to shut them up. The Federal Trade Commission happens to be very interested in your organization. I worked hard for my credit score. It took your organization's involvement iny life a year to destroy what took a lifetime to build.
