On December 11,2017 I went to Lifestreams for a evaluation for a program they offer Aims program when I arrived early when I went to sign in I heard the office manager and arnp saying my full name and saying that I was only coming there to get zanax and frangile the system. I tried to take it up with risk manager and other personal but they said it was not true and a misunderstanding on my part which is false also because of false accusations I was denied my medical appt from the arnp and the story goes on more to much to write. Lifestreams Behaviorial in Leesburg FL and thier clinics treat people terrible don't follow procedure and staff do as they please this place needs to be investigated
