this company is easy to order, BIG PROBLEM if anything is wrong

the fixture we ordered was a small defect in the paint from factory where the styrofoam packing stuck to the painted fixture and defected the paint, visable defect

normally any company would easly exchange

this company was 3 month ordeal untill i finally gave up , spray over the antique brass fixture with flat black spray myself

recomend to consumers to stay far away from this company, there are many other internet lighting retails & wholesalers, a simple www.google.com internet search with key words lighting, ceiling fan, light fixtures or add the brand name or model of your chioce will bring you hunderds of other sellers with normal l4evel of customer service, not the crooks at lights2you
