I went on there web site to find out about this item I saw on an info commerical..when I saw what they wanted to charge I changed my mind and never completed the order. This was back in Dec, now I see they charged my credit card 47.94. This is totally rediculous how can they be allowed to do this, with unaware consumers. This is against the law and these people need to be stopped.

even read your CC statement. As a friend of mine pointed out, "it says right on there that they must receive your written communication of a dispute transaction within 60 days of the first bill with that transaction or you will lose your rights."
And another of my friends also stated that "Which is why you write your credit card issuer to dispute the charge. If you don't, they're going to assume the charge is legit and you got what you ordered."
I have had wrongful purchases show up on my CC and all I had to do was write them and they removed it.
It is your responsibility to read your statements every month to catch these, if you don't then they will just keep popping up, under the assumption that you really don't care and that they can keep getting away with it.
Don't make assumptions and don't listen to sales reps, they are the mother of all "F" ups. ;)

Your credit card statement will have an address you can write to so that you can dispute the charge. You should also call your credit card company right away and make them aware of the dispute.
