Lilia Day Spa Purchased gift certifactes would not be refunded. Did they already spen the money? Anderson, South Carolina

I purchased a gift card from this Lilia Day spa. I wanted to return it the next week and they would not refund the purchase. They had no money or work in this gift card. I could have even understood a small restocking fee for the little bag it was in but to tell me I'm out of luck? This is obviously a get your money scam or there would be no issue making the return. There's a good chance I would have spent a lot more money with them over the next few years.

I can't see any business reason not to make a customer happy when it would have cost them nothing. I think they must also be in the Gym Memmbership business as well, we all kow what that's about. If they would be deceitful over 150 bucks what else will they do?
