As I said--- she just proved my point. the picture {full frontal }is me and my grandchild. Should anything happen to either of us maybe the law will put her somewhere to get some help. She badly needs it. Never messed with this LHS and never knew she was so crazy. {Called her tried to talk to her once as her friend on her own website states} It's a shame this woman never thinks of anyone but herself. I hope her family helps her or maybe it's too late. It is LHS that started calling me names and making up things about  me for some reason. I guess I was the closest one to pick on, so many others have died or she's ran off.

First of all, I want to apologize to those who own this site and everyone who reads my rebuttals that, on several of the complaints filed against me on here, I have accidentally posted the same rebuttal several times.  This took place because of the fact that I am responding to five different complaints by the same person stemming from the same claimed infringements upon her.  I have had trouble telling which of the complaints I have addressed because there is a delay in my rebuttals showing up on this site. Also, this site has been having some server problems in that I spent hours attempting to post and was referred back to a "retry" because the site was being upgraded and it was therefore confusing for me to be sure which rebuttals went through when I went back to verify. 


This is human error and technological issues only...not directed as an attitude.

Also, she has watered down her effectiveness by filing 5 complaints in all...four against me and my web site and one against my web host server.  When actually there should have been only one master complaint about me personally with each additional comment added to the first original complaint since they all pertain to the same "infringements upon her".  By filing the multiple claims in the manner in which she did, it appears to the average person that I have had four different people filing complaints against me.  When, in reality, it is only this woman.


The ONLY reason that she has now "seen the error of her ways" and begun posting only comments on her prior complaints is because I posted a notice to her this was going to stop if I had to take legal action to see that it stopped.

Second, I have only posted the above photo as proof that neither A J nor her grandson can possibly be identified from the postage stamp sized photo of them with their backs to the camera.  If she did not want to be seen on the Internet, she should have never posted this photo of herself with her grandson on a public message board beside every message which she posted for the entire world to see and have access to.
She, herself, displayed this publicly...not me.  I merely copied exactly what she displayed on that message board and carried it over to my board in order that I could properly refute the misleading information which she had published about the photos in the side-by-side collage in her ill planned effort to discredit me and my site.

The other photos in this display are simply the complete message which she wrote addressed at me and used these three photos to attempt to discredit a photo on my site.  She created the collage of the three side-by-side photos and wrote the caption beneath the collage.  The child in the three photos is Benjamin Keogh grandson of Elvis PresleyNOT her grandson.

I have done absolutely nothing wrong to this woman.  She is just angry because I exposed her when she again picked up with her attacks upon me under the pseudonym of "Sweet Caroline" on the Topix forum.  On there, every single time she has posted a message, Springfield, Mo. has shown up with her pseudonym. 

So, the photo of her and her grandson was posted by her on a message board herself two years ago.  Her home city and state have shown up everytime she has posted on another forum for a month or more.  All I did was bring it all together on my own web site in order that I could refute the lies which she has spread beginning two years ago.

Yes, I did have her first and last name on my site.  I felt this was justified as I have heard reports of comments which she has made to others about me, using my full name, over the years as well as the fact that she phoned here to my home two (probably three) times.  The first time, I answered and she told me who she was though I did not hold a conversation with her.  The second time, she left a message on our answering machine with her name and phone number.  Everyone should note that I HAVE NOT EXPOSED HER PHONE NUMBER.

Her only reason for attacking me currently is because I visited the Topix thread and wrote some of my history and invited others to my web site.   
This will be my final response to any more ludicrous comments which she posts on this site about me. 
Once more, I invite everyone to my web site in order that you may check for yourself the content of my web site and the substance of my material.  I have 50+ pages of much more interesting material than A J and her slanderous and defaming posted message about me.http://www.lindahoodsigmontruth.com/index2.php

The photo image is that of a lady and a small child sitting on what appears to be an inflated floating device with both of their backs to the camera.  I never knew that this photo was of Robbins herself.  In fact it is so small and indistinguishable that I never even gave it any thought.  But, since she displayed it while posting defaming comments about me on a public web site, I assumed she did not mind having it known as her "logo".

The only reason it appeared on my site is because it was a part of her comments to and about me.  One of which was the following:

Please take note that this woman has filed 5 complaints against me, my web site and my web site host server in a short span of time. Each of her complaints is based more or less on the same topics. Therefore I have prepared the following rebuttal which I shall post on several of these complaints.


I am Linda Hood Sigmon the lady about whom Audrey Robbins filed this complaint. This statement by her is absurd as she has gone on the Internet for at least two years writing all sorts of harsh and attacking statements about me. I have many of these saved and will produce them in legal action if she continues to file these false claims against me on this site.

I have removed from my site her full name associated with her city and state to the very best of my knowledge and will gladly remove any remaining if she points them out. I have left my refutes to her false accusations and misrepresentations about me. However, now only the two pseudonyms which she herself has posted on the Topix Forum and other boards along with her city and state displayed now remain on my site. I do still have her two initials in some places where he name was removed for the sake of continuity in my statements.

I have a web site which is FREE to one and all. I charge NO FEES, there is NO REGISTRATION, there are NO MEMBERSHIPS, NO TRACKING...NOTHING but the truth for FREE. I am certainly not "ripping anyone off". I make it perfectly clear on my site that if the visitors don't like my site and don't enjoy my truthful material to please just don't visit again.

I PAY for my site totally out of my own pocket. I have absolutely nothing for sale on my site nor any where else.

People like Audrey Robbins come on there just in order that they can scurry back to the FREE message boards, forums, blogs etc and spread all sorts of critical and hurtful attacks upon me while taking things out of context and presenting only enough to fuel their hurtful comments.

I do attempt to invite new visitors to my site and for doing so, Audrey Robbins and others on two Topix threads have attempted to discredit me and rip the material on my site to shreds.

I understand that this site is supposed to be a site on which consumers can report shabby workmanship, poor service, dishonest trade transactions, frauds and cons seeking money from people. I do not believe that it is meant to be a site on which one may just post lies about one individual with whom one disagrees...as Ms. Robbins has done to me multiple times now. She has filed 4 complaints on this site regarding me and my web site and my web site server...within a matter of a few days. Which shows how unreasonably obsessed she is with her hatred toward me.

Below is the link to my site for anyone who wishes to see that about which Audrey Robbins is so overwrought. She would have never even been mentioned on my site if she had not begun attacking me on the Topix threads for the last month or so. She began her attacks upon me simply because I responded to a question, told some of the history of myself and my site and invited people to visit to check my site out for themselves.

This complaint by her is ludicrous and in fact is defamation and slander. I have witnesses who will attest to the fact that she has absolutely fabricated what she wrote in this complaint. People to whom she has verbally spoken about me, people who have witnessed her repeated attacks upon me for several years on the Internet as well as people who have Emails from her about me.

Audrey Robbins is what is known as an "Internet Bully" in the strictest sense of the term. I have not written one word about her on my site except in response to the accusations and misrepresentations which she has posted about me.

This complaint based on out-and-out lies is grounds for a defamation law suit within itself.
