Linda Hood Sigmon posting my name where I live, mine & grandchilds picture, Internet

 She must filing these things. I responded earlier. The picture IS a frontal view of myself and my grandchild. It's taken over a month to get her to remove it. Most of my name & others have been removed now, though I have her threats at posting them again. I heard back from the AG in my state. They asked for 30 days to get this taken care of. IF I'm not satisfied, then I'll get my own attorney. I DO believe this woman is dangerous.

    Maybe she needs new glasses. That IS a frontal view of myself and my grandchild. She has removed it and most of the names she's called me and others from her site. It took a month to get it done. Plus filing reports to Attorney Generals in 3 different states to accomplish that.  I'm NOT happy , just for the fact it could put my family in danger. IF someone doesn't know how to use the internet and respect others, I think they should be banned from using it. I'm letting my AG take care of this now. They asked for 30 days. IF this person can't be stopped, I'd say my next move is to get my own attorney & I will.  

The most recent comment by Ms. Robbins concerning her "frontal photo" on my web site is absolutely untrue!!  I have never even seen a photo of her nor her grandchild in a frontal view.

The Photo which I have displayed above so all may see the photo about which she is so upset displays only the "frontal view" of Elvis Presley's grandson NOT Robbin's.  The tiny postage stamp photo to the left with the letters "AJ" above it, is the photo of her and her grandson (IF that is even a photo of her).  As you can see in the tiny photo, their backs are to the camera and are absolutely too small to recognize even if it were from the front.

I reiterate once more, this photo is one which she used with her own initials while posting attacks upon me on the My Space Truth About Elvis message board all the way back to mid 2009.

As you can see, it is total lunacy for her to state that she does not know who I am and that the photos are of her grandchild.  

I will produce the proof that this woman has been harassing me for years.  I have pages upon pages of harassing messages which she has posted about me on a Topix forum over the past weeks, as well as copies of just a few of the messages which she posted against me beginning back in 2009.

She herself phone here to my home on two occasions; once when I answered the phone and only told her that I was on another long distance call and excused myself (I have a witness who was the other person on the line with me at the time of that call and to whom I spoke of Ms. Robbins when I resumed my first call); the second time she phoned here and left a message.  So, she has identified herself to me during these calls.  As for her city and state, which is the ONLY address information I have ever posted on my site, she exposed this about herself every time that she posted on the Topix threads.

  By posting the picture {frontal} of myself and my grandchild, plus the city and state where we live. It does place us in harms way. Anyone should know that and never do it to endanger another. Especially a child. Plus, she knows my exact address as two of her friends that I know of, have been to my house {when I thought they were friends} It's not hard to find me, I'm not in hiding .But have told my daughter to watch my grandchild and report any irregularities to the police , advised where this complaint is and why why it was filed.Also, Fla. and  Mo. A.G.. FBI in KC and police where I live.

Displayed below is the postage stamp sized photo which was displayed on my web site.  As anyone can see this certainly displays no identifiable images of Robbins nor her grandchild.  Hers is the image on the left under the initials A J.

The photo of Ms. Robbins and her grandchild to which she refers in this complaint is nothing more than a postage stamp size image which she used in all of the messages which she posted on the MySpace The Truth About Elvis message board.  This image appeared in every post she made.

The photo image is that of a lady and a small child sitting on what appears to be an inflated floating device with both of their backs to the camera.  I never knew that this photo was of Robbins herself.  In fact it is so small and indistinguishable that I never even gave it any thought.  But, since she displayed it while posting defaming comments about me on a public web site, I assumed she did not mind having it known as her "logo".

The only reason it appeared on my site is because it was a part of her comments to and about me.  One of which was the following:

I used this posted message to and about me on my site to substantiate the fact that this woman has been acting as and Internet Bully toward me for no less than 2 years.

Rebuttal to complaint filed about me by Audrey Robbins Relationship: *REBUTTAL Individual responds Report:
Please take note that this woman has filed four complaints against me, my web site and my web site host server in a short span of time. Each of her complaints is based more or less on the same topics. Therefore I have prepared the following rebuttal which I shall post on several of these complaints.


I am Linda Hood Sigmon the lady about whom Audrey Robbins filed this complaint. This statement by her is absurd as she has gone on the Internet for at least two years writing all sorts of harsh and attacking statements about me. I have many of these saved and will produce them in legal action if she continues to file these false claims against me on this site.

I have removed from my site her full name associated with her city and state to the very best of my knowledge and will gladly remove any remaining if she points them out. I have left my refutes to her false accusations and misrepresentations about me. However, now only the two pseudonyms which she herself has posted on the Topix Forum and other boards along with her city and state displayed now remain on my site. I do still have her two initials in some places where he name was removed for the sake of continuity in my statements.

I have a web site which is FREE to one and all. I charge NO FEES, there is NO REGISTRATION, there are NO MEMBERSHIPS, NO TRACKING...NOTHING but the truth for FREE. I am certainly not "ripping anyone off". I make it perfectly clear on my site that if the visitors don't like my site and don't enjoy my truthful material to please just don't visit again.

I PAY for my site totally out of my own pocket. I have absolutely nothing for sale on my site nor any where else.

People like Audrey Robbins come on there just in order that they can scurry back to the FREE message boards, forums, blogs etc and spread all sorts of critical and hurtful attacks upon me while taking things out of context and presenting only enough to fuel their hurtful comments.

I do attempt to invite new visitors to my site and for doing so, Audrey Robbins and others on two Topix threads have attempted to discredit me and rip the material on my site to shreds.

I understand that this site is supposed to be a site on which consumers can report shabby workmanship, poor service, dishonest trade transactions, frauds and cons seeking money from people. I do not believe that it is meant to be a site on which one may just post lies about one individual with whom one disagrees...as Ms. Robbins has done to me multiple times now. She has filed 4 complaints on this site regarding me and my web site and my web site server...within a matter of a few days. Which shows how unreasonably obsessed she is with her hatred toward me.

I have a picture {webshot} of when the picture of me and my grandchild was on

Linda's site. I also have shot of her site a few hours ago, where she had

three different peoples name on there and their private info.and accusing me of

things I said or did. I sent all this to the police and they told me to not post

the picture. They have it. I do not know Linda, just heard of her. I DO know

Bobbi, or thought I did.

I used to take up for her when people like this

aggravated her a long time ago. I knew her husband better.

I see no sense to keep posting here.{Except she gives no way for anyone to contact her} Linda got her name everywhere, that seemed the most important thing for her. Now, she has it and I'll just let the police ,Gov. and her internet provider do their jobs.

What is this person talking about? I went to one of the links that she provided. The picture of  the person with their grand-child is a personal friend of Linda Sigmon's who has given his expressed permission to post that particular picture. If it in fact is not him, then the person making the frivolous allegation against Mrs. Sigmon should supply other pictures of themself
to those they are making the complaint to in order to prove their case.

And Linda Sigmon has not falsely implicated anyone with anything. She is merely defending herself against Scurrilous allegations.
