linkus ent  time and money rip off. milage hours worked fresno, California



Boy what a work place. we were remote techs. i averaged 60-80 hours a week. i drove between 600-1000 miles a week. i worked a 25hour shift once. with 3 hours of sleep and was required to head out and do another 15 hours shift. cuz i worked so much i made money but barely minumom wage. i was told to stop putting the time that i worked down cuz it was more at minumom wage then what i was makeing. cuz 80 hours at minumom. is more then 40 at ? well kinda hard to explain. they only wanted to know what worked for them. and every year or so we would get a pay cut, talk about demorilizing. only got a few raises and then they would cut our points or our pay. we started at over 3 dollars a point and was at 2.50 a point at my end, milage went from 39c a mile to 25c a mile and this is ten years after i left. and gas was 4 dollars a gallon. :) no lie. well thats a little of a story that could go on for hours.
