I received a phone call with a message that I can apply for a grant at an internet site. So I checked the site and found out I could order a CD for the price o $1.99 in shipping and handling. Two weeks went by I never received the CD only an email stating that I was now a member and thanking me for signing up. Only to find out later that my checking account had been charged
$94.89, which I never authorized.

I tried calling the number on my statement, which was no longer in service. I emailed them stating that I wanted a refund for the $94.89 ASAP and to cancel the membership.

Two days went by, I received another email stating my membership would be cancelled and that I had t wait 88 days until the trial period had gone by to request a refund. I then tried getting into the member site and could not get past a certain page. I waited then issued a refund request, I never received my refund. I then contacted my bank, issued a fraudulent claim and they are now investigating the matter.
