I was contacted about listing my company in a directory of realtors. Being a painting contractor, this seemed like a good idea. The initial listing is free, but after a week, I received an email stating that I had 37 hits to my profile, but because I was not paying for an enhanmced listing, they were not being seen.
So, I decided to upgrade my listing. As soon as they got my money, they were instantly impossible to contact. I sent 3 emails asking questions about the content of my enhanced upgraded listing, and got no response. Additionaly, those 30+ hits to my profile immediately dropped to ZERO!!!
I sent a message to them again, and now that I have cancelled, it was simple refused.
