I am in Foreclosure and requested a loan modification with Litton. They told me they would work with me and made me believe they were working to improve my situation. Unknown to me, they had started Foreclusure procedures and told me I had a week before a sale date. I had called several times for over a 3 week period and no one returned my calls. I found out through a NDSC letter in the mail. Litton told me they mail me a noticed in October but I never received anything. I paid 4000.00 about 5 months ago for a modification, but now I am in the same boat. They totally lied about helping and now they want more money.
