It is a shame when small minded people vent on the internet in an attempt disguise there true misscomings.

I have bought several trucks from Matt & Lisa with confedence knowing that I made a smart choice, I have been a buisness owner for the past 18 years and can smell a ripoff from a mile away!

Everytime I have dropped in on Livermore Trucks I am amazed how hard they work to satisfy my needs and they follow up after the sale to make sure I am happy with my purchase!

I have recommended them to several people & had nothing negetive back to me.

The reason people like myself buy Used vehicles is the savings over new. As for me I will not buy new knowing that my employees will trash it then lie about it.

Lastly look at who is posting this negitive stuff on Livermore Trucks (USED CAR SALESMEN) Haaaaaaaaaaa!

We bought a corvette via the internet from a private party. We had been trying to sell our car for a month or so when we listed it on the internet. we had it sold a few times but the finances did not go, the wife did not aprove, and a fraudulent cashiers check from texas
came in the mail asking us to send back a wire for travel expences.

We came across an e-mail of a guy who worked at dealership who buys all the cars for them. I was suprised that LIVERMORE TRUCKS was interested in buying my CORVETTE Z-06. After talking with Matt Hicks we found out that the dealership sells high line automobiles, comuter cars and vehicles of special intrest too.

We had been to Car Max, what a disapointment. Some kid came out to inspect our babbie then he insulted us and our intelligence with a low-ball offer. we wasted our day and gas too.

When we Arived at the dealership we were greeted by Matt. After a quick inspection and test drive he agreed to complete the pay-off and pay us the difference in form of a cashiers check which was drawn at Bank of The West just down the street.

We wish we had come to livermore trucks first, they had some realy nice vehicles. I was suprised to find out that they did not even have sales people. Matt explained to me that they were able to keep there priceing low and up-front without the need to pay the salesperson. Matt was confident that the future of car sales was about quality and price period. With the Internet people look to avoid hassel grind and with dealers, which is exactly what they do.

We wish we had come here first. They had the exact 2006 corvette Z-06, black on black with factory navigation we were searching for. it only had 2,500 miles on it and there up front price was thousands lower then we paid.

We will be back to buy a vehicle when our son turns 16. I saw a mustang he would die for!

I would also recomend this dealership as they were realy cool.

I sold my 2005 Mustang GT to these guys. It is in great condition and they paid me a fair price for the trade in. Hence - customers can get a super a car from Livermore trucks. And wahtever this other guy wrote is crap in my eyes. I know what I sold them and it is a fantastic car. Why did I sell it? I changed jobs recently and got a company car. Being single I decided it is not finacially smart to own two cars. Hence I sold my very beloved Stang to these guys. So take it from a seller of a used car, that Livermore trucks does have excellent cars - because I took real good care of my stang and was very sad to give it up. But since I am not rich, it was the right thing to do. So there are great deals to be had there. I am in no way affiliated with them, and am only writing this rebutal because I know my Stang ROCKS. If you happen to buy it - enyoy it and take good care of her :)

WELL, JUST SOUNDS REAL FUNNY TO ME, I AM AN EX EMPLOYEE, NOT THE ONE THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, AND I FIND THE REBUTTLE EXTREMELY FUNNY!! ANOTHER PACK OF LIES.....

I NEED TO REMAIN NAMELESS FOR MANY REASONS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE ORIGINAL REPORT AND HIS STORY IS TRUE AND GOES ALONG WITH A WHOLE LIST OF THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOUGHT PROBLEMATIC VEHICLES FROM LIVERMORE TRUCKS, WHO USED TO BE DIVERSIFIED VEHICLE SERVICES, HMMMMMMMMM WHY DID THEY CHANGE THE NAME...........??????

MAYBE BECAUSE THEY COULDNT SELL CARS WITH THE OLD NAME......I HAVE NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS OF ALL THE PEOPLE I HAD SOLD CARS TO IN THE TIME I WORKED FOR THE SO CALLED DEALERSHIP, AND AM IN THE PROCESS OF SENDING THEM ALL LETTERS SO EVERYONE IS AWARE OF THE BAD BUISNESS ETHICS, THAT " DALE " HAS STATED IN HIS FALSE REPORT, SO THAT THEY CAN ADD TO THE GREAT STORIES HERE.....
THE FACTS: ARE THAT LIVERMORE TRUCKS COMMITS FRAUD EVERYDAY THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO BE OPEN, AND SOMEONE FROM THE MEDIA, OR A FINANCIAL INSTITUION SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THE WAY BUISNESS IS BEING DONE THERE.

AND AS FAR AS THE ORIGINAL REPORT FROM THE SUPPOSED " DISGRUNTLED , TROUBLED , ABUSIVE " EX EMPLOYEE, YES HE IS DISGRUNTLED, AND TROUBLED , BUT THATS BECUASE OF HIM HAVING TO DEAL WITH LIVERMORE TRUCKS. DBA DIVERSIFIED VEHICLE SERVICES.......... ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN THERE WILL KNOW WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT.

BASICALLY THE OWNER SHOULD JUST FESS UP TO HIS OLD BAD DOINGS AND HOPEFULLY IS CLEANING UP HIS BUISNESS AND CONDUCTING PROPER BUISNESS ETHICS!!!

This guy is THE THIEF that he accuses others of being. He stole even from his colleagues and now wants to disrupt our business by lying. He didn't fit into this business because his ethics (or lack thereof) didn't match the good business ethics of Livermore Trucks. I'd like to get my Hewlett Packard IPAC back. I've worked at Livermore Trucks almost 4 years I've seen them come and go but I dont miss this guy. I know who this guy is because he is the only one to EVER claimed odometer problems and it wasn't an issue while he worked here. The only issue he raised was an exhaust leak after he owned the car for over a year and that was an inexpensive problem that I advised him how to fix. This company stepped up to assist him as an employee well beyond what any bank or other employer would do. WAY BEYOND!I question the motives of this guy's complaint nearly two years after he quit suddenly and without notice leaving me here alone to run the lot. He was not dependable when he was here and disappeared for hours without telling anyone. This screwed up my schedule and plans more than once. I'm not going anywhere!
