Hello, like many of you I also been cheated out of hard earned money to buy 2 Nintendo Wii/Zelda from Livesay International. I heard about this company through craigslist. I purchased it April 18th and recieved nothing but phony promises and excuses about the wait time on it and a UPS tracking number that only says billing has been recieved. May 15th I ask for my refund they sent me a e-mail with a statement (no transaction number by the way) saying it was refunded. Chris from Livesay customer service called my cell phone and left a message saying the money has been refunded.

I called them wednesday 5/23 to find out what is taking so long with my refund. I spoke to a guy named Lyle there. He said the money has been refunded and it was out of his hands now. I been checking my account everyday for over a week and still no money has been refunded. I tried the number he gave me to his Merchant service guy and I never get through. I left 2 priority messages and still nothing.

For the past week I made reports to the BBB, FTC, and FBI crime complaint center. I just hope justice is served and we all can get our refunds back. I'll keep everyone posted when I find out more.

Livesay International BOGUS refund claims!

In total agreement with Christopher from New York that Livesay International are a bunch of scam artists and thieves.

That's the real proof! - When a financial institution mails you an official letter to say that the chargeback has been approved and credited to your account.

Livesay International never refunded a single penny back to my credit card like they claimed. Anyone can type out a bunch of numbers and words.

Any kind of proof they claim to want to show potential consumers are just fake credit/refunds.

Why would all the cosumers who don't know each other across the country claimed to have experienced the same situation with Livesay International. What makes them so special that consumers would "gang up" against their company? Where there is smoke, there's bound to be fire somewhere.

BUYER BEWARE! LIVESAY INTERNATIONAL = SCAM!

Livesay trying to save face again. I'm sure some people have been through the same situation with this company. If anyone read my previous report. I stated, May 15th I ask for my refund they sent me a e-mail with a statement (no transaction number by the way) saying it was refunded. Chris from Livesay customer service called my cell phone and left a message saying the money has been refunded.

It is 6/04/07 no money has been refunded in my BANK account. Livesay never sent an e-mail to me concerning refunds through credit card company's. Not sure If that even apply's to using a bank card but whatever they seem to have things as well planned as always.

Livesay can send people proof of the refund I never got. Its only a statement. The real proof would be a refund in my bank account. Which I would love to see. I would even post it up here. They are only good at delaying and not living up to their promises.

Livesay International needs to stop treating their customers poorly and commit to good business relations with their customers. There will come a time when their scamming business will be prevented from hurting consumers trying to buy things that they want to enjoy or give as gifts.

Hello,
My name is Chris and I am an employee at Livesay International. Anyone whom has dealt with the company has talked to me atleast once i am sure. I saw this posting and I had to voice myself. I pulled out the refund report from the individual who had posted above. I will email this to anyone who would like a copy, all sensitive material will be blacked out. If you have requested a refund and for some reason have not gotten it then please feel free to call your CC company and dispute it. Also everyone who has paid via CC has gotten an email explaining the situation on why some refunds have not been credited. AGAIN, this is out of our hands and there is nothing the company or anyone at the company can do about it.
