I purchased a mattress which turned out to be Uneven and uncomfortable after some time causing us to suffer
From back pain.When contacted them,they said that the inspector who came to inspect the mattress said that there was no defect,but when he came to our house,he said that it was defective.They said that I have 90 days to exchange or return the mattress but I have to pay $199.00 as a restocking fee and also $99.00 to pick up the. Mattress.i refuse to pay this amount because the mattress has a 20 year warranty.
