LMT Pro Services Upware Marketing, KP Investing, SCS Processing Took my $2000 and NO HOME!! Internet

We were referred by Ownerwiz. ( Another joke of a company in Atlanta, Ga) We were told that Upware Marketing, KP Investing, LMT Pro Services, Processing at SCS Private Funding, ect. could help us to get a rent to own home from a private investor. Then we were told that we could fill out the paperwork to get a home loan in our name at 4.99%  w/ 105% ltv. We have been trying to get into a home since the end of February 2012. We gave them $2000 in April 2012. We waited all summer long until we had to move!!! We filled out the paperwork for a refund in July 2012. It was signed and notorized and faxed/emailed back to their legal departments. ( legal@getupware.com and legal@lmtproservices.com). We have been strung along since. Told ALL refunds were processed and mailed out --- you name it. Also, there website says they are refunding all customers. I don't believe that!! There phone numbers says the legal department gets back to you in 3-5 days. That is a pure lie---haven't got a response since October 2012!!! The owner is Patti Bowler. She should be ashamed of herself. Along with Wayne, her right hand man at Upware Marketing ---all these companies are connected.
