I took an NMLS renewal course and their system would not record my responses. I also copied the answers and provided them twice and they still would not give credit for the course.

After numerous attempts emailing David Reinholtz he became arrogant, confrontational and insulting. Even after I told him I was going to tell my friends and provided a link to the rippoffreport.com this was his response.

"We're all doubtful that you have any friends but knock yourself out.

I'm sure you won't have time for this, you've got to be ab absolute nasty fart everywhere you go and can't possibly have enough hours to make those around you pay for your inadequacies.

We train the very largest lenders in the country and 10,000 licensees per year.

Contact all of them with your $32 story"

And them expelled me from the class

Very poor experience all the way around and will take the class over again with another provider

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Lee Sillemon of Sillemon Real Estate & Investments Group is unfit

AUTHOR: David - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, November 13, 2017

Lee Sillemon of Sillemon Real Estate & Investments Group attempted to obtain his NMLS license with our school, LoanOfficerSchool.com. He could not pass the course exit test after several attempts and because he could not pass the test, was deemed NOT ELIGIBLE to proceed in obtaining his mortgage license and strictly prohibited from speaking to anyone in the public about borrowing money. Approximately one year passed when he contact us and demanded a refund and to be compensated for his wasted time.

When we refused, he set out on a campaign to hurt our reputation. We have assisted over 10,000 individuals become successfully licensed in the mortgage industry including those who spoke English as a second language, and not very fluently.

Apparently, when there is a difficult task at hand, Mr. Sillemon prefers to let 16 months pass and then blame his inadequacies and failure on those that attempted to assist him. If you are considering the service of this individual or his company, please consider the number of well educated and honest individuals in a very large pool of talent from which to choose and look elsewhere. You will not find that with the Sillemon Real Estate & Investments Group.

There are many choices. Listen to one that took the time to warn others.
