Lodgify Buyer Beware of Predatory Billing Practices! Spain Internet

Customer Beware!  Auto renewal is done by this company without notice or confirmation to the customer.  If customer has year or multi-year agreement or one that includes more than one home that is level that is auto renewed (period).  If customer's needs have changed and level of service needs to be canceled or downgrade too bad.  Unless customer does that 'prior' to auto renewal and credit card charge too bad so sad.  Agreement language which they sent when credit card payment questioned (which was customer first notice of this charge) is 'clearly' weighted to Lodgify's predatory billing business practices.  When I tried to dispute the charges, cancel and requested credit remaining months, or downgrade listing to one house or month to month none of those options were agreed to or available.  Their pricing website states can change plans anytime (but not so without paying full price first) and no obligation.  Also states monthly billing to credit card 'with notice' but no notice was given for the annual charge.
