James Richardson, owner of Logic Computer Products Inc., lied to me, and didn't keep his word, regarding my prospects of becoming a 1099 employee with his firm. I was hired under a false pretense, expressly stated by James Richardson, in a telephone interview. He took advantage of my need for work, deliberately mis-led me, and he and his employees exploited my work effort, robbed my goodwill, and ran me off.

David Maltz, one of my managers, worked as a manager for Allstate Imaging for over a decade before joining Logic Computer Products Inc. Allstate Imaging is a scam, toner, bucket-shop, that has been fined $500.000, and has over 60 Better Business Bureau complaints. There are over 15 Rip-Off Reports listed for them. Mr. Maltz bragged to me about how he wrote the scam scripts, and did the hiring and firing at Allstate for years. "We hired them in masses, trained them in classes, and threw them out on their asses". Oh really!

Curtis Taylor, who reports to Dave Maltz, and was my direct supervisor, used these type of tactics, in association with the office manager Roberta Barden, to drive me away from the firm, after only 90 days of employment. Curtis Taylor, by his own admission, bilked consumers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars for years, as a scammer in Advertising Specialties. He and Roberta wanted to steal the goodwill of the forty new clients I brought to the firm. And, that is what they did.

Jim Price, a former manager, who I didn't even know, was abusive to me, over the phone. I was wrongfully terminated for responding to him in kind.
When I came in the next day to be terminated by James Richardson, without notice, I said "The guy was drunk". Mr Richardson's reply "That's okay". You know what? I think James Richardson is a drunk!

I was set-up and wrongfully terminated. I have a cause of action for Wrongful Termination, and for Harassment and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. I intend to file charges.

I hope this document will also be taken into consideration by GSA Advantage, when Logic Computer Products Inc. is reviewed in 2011, as a contract vendor for Federal Government Accounts. That is, if they are still in business
