Loman's Auto Sale They charged me for an extended warranty and GAP insurance but never paid the company. Woodbridge New Jersey

In August 2017 I brought me a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with 35,000 miles.i traded in my old car with a loan pay off of $1300. I explained to them that I need a good reliable car to get me back and forth to work. The car was $9000+. They dealers made sure they added GAP and extended warranty. Which made my loan go up to a little over $14,000 after taxes.

It took them almost 2 months to pay my loan pay off. After having my car for about 7 months I was wonder what exactly my extended warranty would cover because my Hyundai warranty was soon coming to an end. (I drive 100 miles a day to work.) When I called the 3rd party company they told me my application was pending since August 2017 but they never received a payment. MY CAR WAS NEVER COVERED. I informed the people who financed my car. They talked to the 3rd party company who was my car was suppose to be covered by... They informed them that there are a lot of people going through the same problem with this dealership.

They would reward my application if it was something wrong with it right now but there is no guarantee that they will cover me for the duration of me financing my car. My finance company is telling me they can’t do anything so now they are trying to stick me with an extra $3,400 added to my loan. I will be paying for something I never even had. LOMANS CLOSED DOWN AROUND JANUARY 2018. The owner is nowhere to be found.
