First off, they LIED TO ME about the truck. I was supposed to be getting a 2010 Prostar with 400k mi and an APU; instead, after flying up there and staying in a hotel for almost a week, all they had was an 09 with over 500k. They sold me a lemon. If this had been a car in Lousisana, they would have had to take it back and make good. I had it checked out by Sapp Bros. and TA and it did fine for about 3mos. Then breakdown after breakdown: injectors, computer, dpf, air sysem, air conditioner, oil leaks, fuel lines are just a few of the problems that came back to back. Over $30,000 in repairs in less than 9mos. Total cost over $60,000. If this had been a decent vehicle, I would have had it paid off in less than 18mos.

Despite the repairs I was keeping up with my payments until Nov2013, then I got sick and couldn't pay Nov until almost Jan. In Jan I had the Nov, Dec, and part of Jan payment. They refused to take a "partial payment". I don't have paper checks or I would have just mailed it in(no way to tell what happens with a money order). I'm getting tired of typing about this. They had the truck repoed yesterday while I was under a load. That load would had made me solvent with them next week.

I called Melissa Gonzalez while they were hooking it up to try to work something out, she put me on hold and Eric called the tow truck driver to tell them take the truck no matter what. I hung up. At least I have over 5k for a cushion. They said they tried to email and call in the last two weeks, I checked my email(including spam) and call history. One call, no message. What happened is they got $25k in payments, now they're gonna sell that POS to some other poor scmuck for the same price and pocket my 25. My advise, fix your credit and buy a NEW truck with a warranty. DO NOT DEAL with these LIARS.
