In 7/2014, the TTAA, Inc 501c3 rescued 4 owner surrendered lhasas from the Abilene (TX) Shelter (receipt for our donation to the shelter on file).  The TTAA fully vetted, spayed/neutered, groomed and cared for the animal until they were healthy and adjusted. Because the TTAA is a breed specific rescue, they needed to foster out the lhasas to an organization that had more contacts.  Unfortunately they chose Lone Star.

~September 2014, the Lone Star Director agreed to take the dogs and partially reimburse the TTAAs veterinary expenses for the dogs (email on file).  The dogs were given with all records to an associate of Osborn's.  Although the TTAA requested reimbursement as promised multiple times (on file) form the Director, the emails went unanswered.

On 12/24/14, one of the dogs (Diva), was posted on a fund raising site to raise funds for veterinary expenses using a completely fabricated story about being a puppymill breeder, that no one cared about her, that she excaped a horrible life. Nothing was further from the truth and Osborn knew that.  TTAA informed Lone Star of the status of each dog prior to transfer and that all were owner surrendered.  She was never bred and never a puppymill dog.  (On file)

When confronted about the lie, the Director and syncophants became defensive and tried to discredit the directors of the TTAA whose only mistake was believeing LS would keep their word. Spinning of the story ensued and the Director backpeddled.

Simple fraud - deceptiveness to play on emotions of Facebook sycophants.  It wasn't even necessary.  If that story was made up, what other stories are being spun.
