LONG DISTANCE AMERICA/CLEAR CHOICE COMMUNICATIONS SCAM, SLAMMING PEOPLE. MISLEADING, LIES TO SWITCH PEOPLE'S LONG DISTANCE SERVICE LAS VEGAS, Nevada

This post is a copy of the original post with updated names and information provided by some of the employees at Clear Choice Communications that replied. The original post was run a few weeks back. We contacted the person the ran the orginal post and verified that the information to be true. A number of replies came back from some of the employees that are still there and some that went through the training and only stayed a few days.

THEY (CLEAR CHOICE COMMUNICATIONS)USE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SALES PITCH ON THE PHONE WHEN THEY ARE NOT BEING MONITORED BY THE LONG DISTANCE AMERICA CORPORATE OFFICE. THEY TURN OUT THE LIGHTS TO LET THE SALES PEOPLE KNOW THAT THEY ARE BEIING MONITORED. Maybe the corporate office knows this and turns a deaf ear. The information used on this pitch is misleading, false and implies that they represent the persons local exchange carrier

IF YOU GOOGLE "LONG DISTANCE AMERICA" YOU WILL FIND A NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM AND THEIR SALES TACTICS AND THE AGENTS THEY USE TO SELL THEIR SERVICE.

Does anyone know anything about the people that run a company called "CLEAR CHOICE COMMUNICATIONS", They are located at 2121 E. Tropicana #1.

They are slamming residents all over the country with lies and misleading information about a long distance service called LONG DISTANCE AMERICA based out of Ortonville Minnesota.                                                                                                                                                                                                             Some Some of the key salespeople that are doing the most damage are named;
Marcia, David, Don, Christian, Angela, Melissa                                                                                                                                                                                

The 3 main people that run, teach and operate this den of thieves is Robin, Ron and Keith (Owner). They are teaching the sales people how to tell Seniors over 80 years of age to lie about their age through the verification process.                                         

The long distance service that these poor misled people are signing up for will raise their phone bill and cause nothing but interuptions and problems.                                      

Many of the disabled and seniors they are slamming are in danger of having their local phone service interrupted and emergency numbers cancelled out. Doesn't anyone know anybody at the FCC, Consumer Affairs or the legal dept. at Long Distance America that should be notified of this misleading and fraudulent operation?

Please reply back if you know anything. We are sure a pretty good reward will be offered for information leading to the conviction of the people that run this operation. We have already sent someone in to check them out for a couple days and she said they are definetely operating an illegal and fraudulent boiler room operation (WE HAVE THE 2 DIFFERENT TYPES OF PITCHES THEY USE). One when they are being monitored and the other when the aren't.
 
The owners name is Keith, he is the big boss and hears and sees everything but acts like he doesnt know anything. All he does is count the board to see how many people were lied to. HE IS THE BERNIE MADHOFF OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY.                                                                                                                                                                      

CALL CLEAR CHOICE COMMUNICATIONS AT (702) 597-0223! Tell them that they are scumbags and all eyes and ears are on them. They are running ads in the local business employment newspapers trying to recruit more sales people to teach  them how to mislead and lie..
