L'Oreal Canada Ripoff Asked me to send back the hair mask for a full refund which I never received Montreal Quebec, Canada

My son bought me hair conditioning products from Redkin and Turline.Texture, which did not agree with my hair. When I called L'Oreal, I was informed that these hair products cannot be returned nor exchanged. However, I was told by L'Oreal rep that I should buy L'Oreal Professional Hair Mask which should be excellent. L'Oreal rep send me to a beauty salon and I was told, if the product is not good, the salon will refund me the money or exchange for another product. In the meantime I tried their hair mask, which dried up my hair and I looked like a witch.I had to use hot oil treatment to bring my hair back to normal.

I called L'Oreal to explain my case, they told me to return professional hair mask, for which I paid $30.00 plus over $7.00 in postage. Two weeks passed by, I have never received any check from L'Oreal and not even a phone call of apology. I was extremely disappointed with this multi-million dollar corporation. I wrote a letter to the Presidents of L'Oreal Canada and Paris, France, letting them know that this is a hit and run cosmetic corporation which has no customer service, return or exchange policy and furthermore, FDA will crack down on their products which tested, contained ingredients linked to cancer while 70% may be contaminated with harmful impurities.

I am still waiting to hear from both presidents. In the meantime I will never use their following products which are under L'Oreal umbrella: Lancome,Biotherm, Kiehl's, Cacharel, all L'Oreal skincare, hair and cosmetics, Kerastase, Redkin, Matrix, Vishy, La Roche-Posay Garnier, Ombrelle etc. This is the only world-wide corporation, which does not care about their customers. Every American skincare, cosmetic and hair products companies will back up their products and will always refund you the money and send you additonal certificates, which is a professional way of doing business. BEWARE OF L'OREAL!. French Corporation without any business ethics.
