The Award Notification came in regular mail from Spain. I won a lump sum payout of $724,891.00 (minus 10% commission after payout). To claim my prize, I am to contact Dr. Javier Martinez, foreign Service Manager of Tridenta Seguros S.A Espana at the number above. The Award Notification does not look "official".
A Lottery Payment Form must be filled out and faxed to Tridenta containing your name, address, date of birth, occupation, banking details and next of kin. It must be signed, dated and submitted before October 10, 2006.
This lottery is an obvious scam.
