Stay away from "Lotto Crusher" or lose $97.00!!!  Everett Thompson wonder man and crook of this lotto program would have you believe an 8th grader could figure out all the graphs and data neccesary to make money playing the lottery.  I gave it two weeks to test and decided to proceed with a refund shortly afterward.  My request for a refund (three times) was never acknowledged....to me...anyone that can not reply to a simple email about a refund....either doesn't exist.....or is a d* scam artist making a living on the rest of us.  This is a bad deal for everyone.  October 19,2015.....

since when should 100% $back garauntee be confusing?

The critisms I read regarding that gentleman expectations for the author of lotto crusher to provide a refund are the real travesty. I don't believe that your argument stating that he should have known better than to purchase the system and use it and then ask for a refund holds water. I too watched the lotto crusher infomercial and I don't recall hearing/reading any buyer-beware stipulations or refund prerequisites. Just because scam artists often choose to prey on the downtrodden and disenfranchised doesn't give u just license to belittle or berate the victims of these cons.

No Refund?

AUTHOR: Stupid Police - (USA)

I would like to say to the point of deserving a refund of the lotto crusher purchase. It has been stated that because said person used the product that they are not entitled to a refund. That is rediculous when upon purchase of said product it states a 100% satisfaction guarantee or full refund. This is used to convince or lure weary buyers and anybody can and should procure their refund if they are not satisfied with their purchase. Anyone who says different is ignorant or sales a product with this guarantee and knows the product sucks.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. Unless said book is a HOWTO

Normally I would agree 100% with your response, but the sad truth is that this system is being sold as a "sure thing" like a book that teaches you how to study and pass the GED test, or Learn HTML. When I buy a book that is marketed under the pretense that it WILL teach me how to do "X", by the time I have fully studied and truly learned the contents of said book I should be able to do whatever "X" might be.

Now, to some degree any rational adult should know that there is no such thing as a sure thing when it comes to gambling. But the key word here is "rational" the target demographic of this marketing ploy is elderly, retired, low income people who are so tired of being dead broke for whatever their reason is they are no long thinking rationally

Watch the marketing videos, this guy says "I was so tired of being broke, living check to check" Then something to the effect of how buying into this system changed all of that.

Now consider that more than 50% of the whole population of the US earn less than 40K a year. A marketing claim like that automatically relates to anyone fitting that demographic. There would be nothing wrong with marketing anything in this nature, so long as it lives up to its claims. It is legally and morally unsound to prey on people by falsely representing a product to people whom are already finding them self’s in a seemingly hopeless never ending rat race.

So....

So you think you get to use the KNOWLEDGE and get a refund? It doesnt work that way and you know it! Besides the fact that there is software involved which by itself would only rate an exchange. ITS A LOTTERY! ITS RANDOM!! Hey heres a thought, try getting a job to earn money instead of trying to play the lottery! You have a better chance of getting attacked by a Great white shark while being struck by lightning and standing in the middle of a desert then you have of hitting ANY jackpot.  Yes you are out the money, but THAT is on you for buying into a supposed system that is going to make you rich. There are no get rich quick schemes. You have to EARN your money, not win it by picking 6-7 random numbers and hope to hit something. YOU bought into a pipe dream and YOU bought INFORMATION. You cant expect a refund when YOU already read said info. That is morally wrong and you should be ashamed. Your parents didnt teach you the reality of LIFE. GET OVER IT AND MOVE ON. You chose to buy the 'snake oil" you cant expect a refund AFTER you have used it. Learn from this and understand that there is no quick way to get rich that isnt a scam.
