 On 10/20/2017, my daughter approached us with this website to obtain the needed requirements to get her Restricted/Learners License. It seemed ok on the first page, although I was really curious why they asked for payment information on the very first "Set Up" page, after selecting what type of service you needed which for us was the Combo test and 4 hour class, for 33. Dollars and some odd cents. Supposedly. And then more that they claim are standard fees the state and other places require. My total nearly doubled. At a now cost of 66.55, now, I am a modern times shopper and have done many transactions online, and when you purchase or are going to purchase multiple items or services you spend the time you need navigating to each item and you can exit your "cart" to select all wanted items and then at the very and you view all your items together and are given a chance to remove or change items.... back to this ripoff.

I selected the Combo option, at which time it offered me 10% off, I selected that and then on the right hand side it adds all these fees, bringing my total now to 66.55, at which time I wasn't sure because it says something to the effect of "to continue, click on submit" now, I've been listening to this 15 year complain about her license being put off for so long, so I absolutely wanted to continue. I clicked submit, and it took me to a page that had "Certificate Delivery Option" stating that these are great prices, 19.95 for an email, yes an email copy of the certificate... prices ranged at 19.95 almost 40.00 to overnight a single piece of paper, which with their provider, UPS the cost for this is in fact 19.99.. 34.99 29.99 or you can select the absolute lowest for free which says 15-30 days... at this point I'm slightly aggravated and confused. At the prices, delivery time, etc.

So, I'm thinking well email is the cheapest for fastest, said guaranteed 1 hour and I'm now under the impression I need this, so I select the 19.95 email delivery, and again is says to continue click submit, I do so and it takes me to yet another page with more things to purchase, at which point I'm more than slightly aggravated and I'm angry. I minimize that browser and open a new tab and search "lowestpricetrafficschool. com reviews" and I am reading all these horrible experiences and I close the browser of that site and searched my local DMV, after quite some time I find a list of their reccomendations, and the very first site, I click the hyperlink and their page was clear, no hidden fees, click bait, misleading, and shady as all get out. Well, I went back and read more reviews about them and was angrier. This morning I called my debit balance and it was well below what I should have had, by nearly 100.00, I listened to the last 5 transactions and sure enough, each time I had to click submit to continue it submited each payment 66.55 and 19.95... at this point I tried to call their toll free number, they do business around the clock but are not available in the weekends the phone hangs up after telling you their blah blah blah garbage and gives no option just hangs up. So I called the card number back and filed a dispute, explaining to them what took place and went to the BBB to write a formal review came here to submit this, and I will return to the website for the better business bureau and will file a formal complaint as well. Please use another provider for this and look into anywhere you are going to spend your hard earned money.
