In feb 03 my mother agreed to let Luca financial express benefits out of Buffalo, New York, take $249 out of her bank account. Promising her she would receive an interest free credit card for $2000.

It has been 8 months and nothing. All contact has been diminished. My mother who did not know what to came to me for help and I am determined to help her in any way I can. I am very upset and what revenge and justice for my mother who is hard working as are all the victims of these roofless swindlers! If anyone has any ideals let me know.
