Luca Financial Express ripped me off in a big way debited account 250.00 for a credit card that I never recieved. ripoff business from hell Kansas City Missouri

One of there so called represenetives called and offered me a 2000 to 4000 dollar credit limit. Of course it sounded good with the holidays coming up so I agreed up untill they said it would cost 249.00 dollars so I declined. About a month later they took 249.00 dollars out of my account anyway. So I called and they assured me that I would recieve my card in three weeks. Christmas was getting closer and still no card so I called again and got the biggest Bull sh-- story, but they still assured me that the card was on its way.

Well needless to say I never got the d**n card and lost 249.00 hard earned dollars. I am a mother of three children and everybody had to pay for what they did because I had a hard time getting there christmas. What kind of people would take advantage of a family who works very hard for what they have and then to be scammed out of 250.00 dollars. That money would have gone a long way for my family and I would like my money back! Dont fall for these cold-hearted scam artists!
