On December 13, 2002 I got a call from Gary Jarvis with Luca Financial Express and he offered me a credit card with a $2000 credit limit. In return he charged me 249.00 taken from my checking account.

I have not received a credit card to date. Numerous phone calls have resulted in nothing. I asked for a refund and Jeff keeps telling me that it is non-refundable. I want my money back! Contract # 402603
