I am a college student in the army reserve. I was away on active duty in February when Luca financial repeatedly took 250 out of my account on the same day. I called my bank and got the information to contact Luca about this matter. I contacted them and they denied debiting my account more than once. I called them many times and my account was credited for 250 dollars and all fees I encountered.

It is now July and I have still not received a credit card. I have been calling them all week and nobody has been answering the phones not even a voice mail. I tried calling them today and the number is disconnected.

I am willing to file a class action suit against them. I have read other reports by people who have been taken advantage of by this same company.
