Luca Financial ripoff Kansas City Missouri

I'm reading all these reports and telling myself, how can they get away with this? I am in the same shoes as most of you and don't appreciate being taken advantage of by a so called "company" that had promised to give me credit.

I was given the same information as most of you. They took $250 dollars out of my account and did not ship me a credit card. I was told that I would get a confirmation from my bank before the funds were taken out. No such luck there, and I kept getting the same message as all of you, "that my credit card is in the mail." My funds were taken out back on the 13th of November of 2002.

Everytime I call, I get the same excuse and never an answer for my problem. I've asked for a refund numerous times and have been told that they will not refund me. It's been over 6 months now and still no credit card. I too, like you, plan on getting justice and hopefully getting a full refund of my money. I plan to seek legal action and keep all of you updated and informed. Thank You and Good Luck!
