Lulugal China? Internet

 In November I ordered from a company that was on Facebook scroll. It was a company called Lulugal. I saw a dress I really liked, went to their website, and ordered the dress which I thought was a reasonable price. It is now the beginning of January, and I haven't received anything yet. I would go to their website and check on my order, but it only referred me to tracking the package order. It said that it had shipped, and that was it. It just kept saying that. I feel I've been ripped off. I went to their website to try to contact them by writing them, but they only have a phone number. Anyway, I'm still waiting. I feel I will never receive my order. If you ever get the urge to order from them, please reconsider. You can likely find the same product from a more reliable source.
