Lumineri Skin and eye care They said I was being sent a sample of Lumin ari skin Care and Luminari Eye Cream and was to pay shipping of something like $5.99 and $4.99. ? Nevada

On June 18, 2018, I ordered skin care and an eye care samples from Lumineri.  My receipt said nothing about me signing up for monthly shipments.  On July 3 two amounts for eighty some dollars each was deducted from my account.  Somehow I missed seeing that on my bank statement.  And since I received no additional product, I did not look for additional charges. 

Then, today, August 1, 2018, two more amounts were deducted for $92.90 and $94.90.  I immediately called the company. They said I had signed up for monthly shipments.  I had looked over the ad and saw nothing that said anything about more shipments. 

Then I told them that I had received no additional products after the initial products for which I had paid shipping. I had never received any more products for all of that additional charge. 

They said the eighty some dollars was to pay for the .5 ounces of eye cream and skin cream that I had already received. I have a receipt for them saying there was no charge for the eye cream and skin cream except the small amounts I had already paid for shipping. Then I said to cancel the shipping of the next shipment since I did not want it.  They said they could not cancel it.
