No need to comment on the quality of the product. If price was clearly communicated, its your decision if this make-up is worth the price.
The issue is with their misleading advertising and charge policies.
The advertisement was for $69 for an initial amount. It appears that you can pay that amount if you are happy with the product and then be billed a similar amount every month for more product. In fact, you are entering into a contract where you MUST buy more product. In my case, this resulted in a charge of roughly $440.
One thing I am certain of…regardless of what you think you are agreeing to pay far more than what you are led to believe. Legal…perhaps. Immoral and dishonest…certainly.

I am sorry to hear that you feel like you didn't have all the information at hand when you made your purchase. At Luminess, we believe in full disclosure and always try to give every opportunity to let the customer know exactly what they are agreeing to when they order our products.
For instance, the payment information is disclosed on the very first page the customer comes to as well as on several other pages of the ordering system. It's also spelled out very clearly in the Terms and Conditions and the customer must check a box that states "I have read, understand and accepted Luminess Air Terms & Conditions. All of our customers have the option to not place their order if they do not agree with our prices and/or terms and conditions.
