Luster Eye Serum and Luster Age Defying Cream An order was placed on December 19 for the Free Sample of Luster Eye Serum and Luster Age Defying Cream. Only shipping was to be charged. Orders were received on December 26. On Jan 2 & 3rd respectively, I noticed charges on my VISA account for $92.97 and $92.99. 

An order was placed on December 19 for the Free Sample of Luster Eye Serum and Luster Age Defying Cream.  Only shipping was to be charged.  Orders were received on December 26.  On Jan 2 & 3rd respectively, I noticed charges on my VISA  account for $92.97 and $92.99.  I immediately called and was told I had applied  for a subscription, which I had not.  Nor was it written anywhere that I would be charged if I didn't cancel within 14 days of ordering sample.  I asked that any subscription be cancelled and a refund processed.  I received an email cancelling my subscription but not a refund.  I again called on January 25 about when my refund was to be processed and was told there would not be a refund as I hadn't cancelled within the 14-day period.  They said when I indicated I would pay for shipping with my credit card, that I agreed to begin a subscription.  I did not subscribe and I should receive a full refund from on products.  I never received the full products and should not have to pay for them.
