Luster skin I did not authorize charge of 92.00 on March 1,2018 Santa Ana California

I thought I had purchased a product with no further obligation to purchase more product. I responded to a advertisement, which led me to fill out a form including billing information for a one month sample of cream and serum for $4.95 and $5.97 which I was charged with no problem. As a good consumer I checked for any conditions subscriptions and did not see any specifics. The receipt do not mention anything about a subscription or trial offer. All that was mentioned was Thank you for your purchase of Luster Eye Serum and Defying Cream. I spent a hour on the phone arguing with them. I never authorized the charges, nor agree to authorize charges while she told me I did, The first woman I spoke with was rude and cancelled my account at my stern request. She then hung up without any resolution. I then immediately called back and spoke with a man any received the same treatment. The only thing they offer back was 35%refund. That is unacceptable to any consumer. So, in other words, there is still a total of 57.00 in dispute, this company should be reported by every woman cumsumer. They should be put out of business.
