Ordered the introductory skin cream Age Rewind for trial.  When in they on-line order they made it almost impossible to not order other items by slipping them on the page that you have to unclick or it is added.  I thought I removed them all but got the Luxe Skin added to my order.  Both were about $5.99 for the trial with a 14 day cancellation.

I was charge the initial trial costs on 1/4/16 and cancelled on 1/11/16.  It took about 30 or 40 minutes to cancell and they go through the full sales, but wait I will cut the price down, wait I will give you a longer trial period, oh wait I will add an additional product and wait I will cut the price even more.  After being firm and patient they finally cancelled the order and gave me confirmation number and confirmation cancellation email.

8 days later they charged my account $89.97 even though I cancelled the order.   You will note the charge showed up AFTER the 14 day trial period.  I called the following day after I noticed the charge.  AGAIN being on the phone for about 40 minutes.  They said at first they didn't see the cancellation then after putting me on hold several times that oh that only canclled 1/2 the order only the Luxe Skin NOT the Age Rewind.  I insisted that I had one order number and that I cancelled the order on 1/11/16 and wanted the $89.97 charge removed.  Giving them the cancellation number and order number but they insisted they are different departments and you have to cancell each product separately.

I insisted I wanted to talk to supervisor.  I was again put on hold and then reported that he was not available.   I insited that I talk to him and was willing to hold.   The service man said he could not do that but I was firm and told him he would get his supervisor on the phone.  After several more holds they finally gave me another person Simon.  He also appolizied several times but was not able to give me the refund as he said it was past the 14 days.   I reminded him of my cancellation on the 11th well within the trial date but finally to no avail.  Oh they offered me several other options, vouchers, products etc.  I stuck to having them confirm it was cancelled but could not get them to reverse the charge.

I did put in a dispute to my bank to reverse the charge.  Will see how that goes . . .  NEVER Buy from them.  Even if the produce worked it is not worth the cost nor the way they do business, slamming the product and $$.
