Luxe Virgin Hair Las Vegas Bad Quality Processed Hair that is Nothing Like They Advertise Las Vegas Nevada

I was searching online for a new hair company to purchase hair form be cause I wasnted some really pretty curly hair for a good price. I cam across this company online and saw that they had an instagram page. I went on the page and aw that they had really pretty hair and the little feedback they recieved was pretty good. So I went online and I ordered. They have a pretty long proccessing time which is 7-10 days, I really did not mind. The hair I ordered was 4 bundles and a silk clousure of wavy-curly hair. Now on the instagram page he/she promotes this really pretty hair that looks soft and bouncy and has really pretty curls. There are multi pictures that states that the hair is wavy-curly.

When I ordered and recieved my hair that is deffinately not what I had received. The hair I had gotten was rough, I could not run my fingers through it at all. I rubbed the hair on my arm and felt like soft sandpaper. Not only that, the hair was not even as described. I recieved 1 wavy bundle and the rest were deep wave bundles. I ordered wavy-curly! I contacted the website and explained the delima, and asked for a refund becuase it was not what I ordered and they did not want to refund. They agreed to exchange but I declined beucause I had already took a chance with this company and I was disappointed. They dont issue refunds, but they want to send customers hair that is not as advertised. I contcted my bank and had my money refunded thank god but this was still an unnessesary hassle. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
