Below is a certified letter to Mr. James Kennedy requesting documentation and procedure for a refund. No reply as of April 17, 2010.

Dear Mr. James Kennedy,
On March 25th. 2010, I e-mailed Mr. Ward C. Thompson with the following information and have not received a reply.
I have completed the Luxman Trading Concepts seven month Iridium trading program. The first trade was place with Foremost PFG Best Brokerage Firm on 8/11/09 with a starting balance of $5900. Today my brokerage account balance is $4,313.02.
The attached document is your special rider and formal notice of the agreed seven month performance period guarantee.
Please provide me with all documentation and procedures to receive the guaranteed refund

July, 2009 I made an agreement with Luxman Trading Concepts to trade Iridium trading system for seven months with a full $6000 refund if I did not make $7000 during the next seven months. After the seven month period my account balance decreased $1700. On March 25th. 2010, I e-mailed Mr. Ward C. Thompson with my trading results and a request for all necessary documentation and procedures to receive the guaranteed refund and have not received a reply. On March 30, 2010 I Certified mailed James Kennedy the same request and as of today April 18, 2010 I have not received a reply.
